Volunteer Jobs

The organizers have worked hard the last few months to plan a fun weekend. A few more volunteers are needed to ensure its success.

We are working on a schedule, which may or may not be posted online before Friday. If not, you'll be able to sign up at the venue.

Hydration throughout the weekend

Keep the coolers full of water and ice as needed.

Welcome table

Due to everyone being preregistered, there is no real check-in process, but we would like someone at the welcome table to answer questions, point folks in the correct direction, etc. HATDS members only for Friday evening, please. Others may volunteer Saturday morning.

Brunch setup and cleanup Sunday.

Tear down and move out Sunday afternoon.
