New Directors
Thank you for serving! There is much to learn, which is why we ask you to serve at least two consecutive years.
To quickly get familiar with some of the HATDS policies and procedures, start with the following pages. Each will open in a new tab .
After those, let need and curiosity guide you. All offices are described on the Offices and Duties page.
Returning / Outgoing Directors
As soon as it's clear who the new directors will be, direct them to this handbook.
There are several tasks listed on the New Board Checklist that need to be done early in a board's term, ideally just after the transition meeting.
